Espresso is coffee with water being pressurized through it, making a strong but beautiful tasting cup of coffee (about 1 ounce per espresso shot). Cappuccinos and Lattes are both made with steamed milk and Espresso. Cappuccinos are a small and strong-tasting drink with less milk than a Latte. Lattes are larger than an Espresso and are often paired with additional syrups or sauces.
